Another new destination for the MSO! We're happy to announce
the progress of the Mind Sports Olympiad movement in Central Europe.
Second Central European Mind Sports Olympiad
Prague, Czech Republic
16th - 23rd June 2002
The board games club Paluba in co-operation with the Czech Federation of
Draughts, Czech Go Association, Czech Othello Federation, Czech Scrabble
Association and lots of volunteers presents the second Mind Sports Olympiad in Prague.
Place and venue:
Czech Republic, Praha (Prague), Tyrsuv dum (Mala Strana, Ujezd 42 - the
building of Czech Sokol).
It will be an international games festival where you will be able to:
- take part in master tournaments
- take part in tournaments for beginners
- learn and play more than 100 board games FOR FREE
There will be tournaments in the following games: Abalone, Backgammon, Carcassonne,
Chess, Diplomacy, Draughts, Entropy, Gipf, Go, Gomoku, Lines of Action, Othello,
Oware, Scrabble, Settlers of Catan, Shogi, Zatre.

ALL PLAYFUL PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD are cordially invited. You
probably know many playful people that may be interested in such event.
