You Yue
I had an appointment, but...
Huangmei shijie jiajia yu.
It is the rainy season, and all the houses are shrouded in drizzle.
Qingcao chitang chuchu wa.
In the lush green grass and on the ponds there are frogs croaking everywhere.
You yue bu lai guo yeban.
The man with whom I had an appointment did not come and it is now past midnight.
Xian qiao qizi luo denghua.
With nothing better to do, I toy with the go stones as the charred wicks of the candles droop.
