Peng Zhaoqin's Hardest Move
China's GM Peng Zhaoqin defected from China 5 years ago to live in the Netherlands. At first branded a "traitor" and "an ungrateful person" by the government, she recently returned to China to visit her parents. "I have worked and trained extremely hard and did my best for the country. I paid my dues with so many good results in international matches. [But] I have my own life and I'm here to live it now."
