Gurevich takes the Czech Open

Mikhail Gurevich of Belgium secured his Czech Open tournament win with two draws on the 8th and 9th rounds. He gathered a convincing 8/9, a full point ahead of the following pack of seven runner-ups.

The Czech Open was held in Pardubice, with 262 participants in the Grandmaster event.
