Volzhin Wins Capablanca Memorial

29-year-old GM Alexander Volzhin of Russia has won the 2000 Capablanca Memorial with 8.5 points. Walter Arencibia finished second with 8. Hannes Stefansson, the winner of the Rejkjavik Open in Iceland earlier this year, just couldn't get hot in Cuba and finished at the bottom.
