You also need to send your payment to this address. Payment can be made
by credit card (Mastercard or VISA only), by debit card (Delta or Switch
only) or by cheque made payable to Mind Sports Olympiad and sent to the
above address. We strongly request credit card details or else confirmation
that a cheque is in the post well in advance of the MSO 6 event.
If you are booking accommodation by credit card, a £3 service
charge will be added to your invoice. Your statement will show
a payment to Tournament Chess Supplies. Please note that there is also a
£5 per day charge (maximum £15) for those who are not taking
advantage of our accommodation
packages to compete in MSO 6.
All prizes and entry fees are in pounds sterling (£) per player. Note
that the full first entry fee given is for adults and the concessionary
second entry fee (in brackets) is for junior entrants (under 16 on
August 14th), entrants over 60, unemployed entrants and entrants
with disabilities. A late entry penalty fee of £5 will be
applied to entries postmarked after 9th August.
The sixth Mind Sports Olympiad is five days long. For those who wish to
take part in several tournaments we will have a special entry fee of £50
(£30 for juniors, entrants over 60, unemployed entrants and entrants
with disabilities) for which you may enter as many events as you wish, provided
the schedules do not conflict.
If you are entering a tournament where you play
with a partner, or as part of a team, we need a full list of names and we
would prefer that a single payment should be made to cover the pair/team.
