This game can easily be learned on the day. Each player will have a set of two-dimensional shapes that they will need to fit into a larger shape. Participants score in each round based on how fast they finish assembling the required shape.
Geometric sense-> Ability to combine
40 triangular chips (10 types*4 sets), 30 point chips,
Everyone gets a set of 10 different pieces.
Make any shape, using 10 different pieces you have.
Looking at the shape you just made, count the number of regular hexagons.
Look at the colors of the regular hexagon. If it is made with 3 different colors, you get 1 point and 4 colors, you get 2 points.
Classify 40 pieces into 10 sets.
Each player should pick a piece and put it down next to a piece that other player put down, so at least one side touches the other piece.
Play rock, paper and scissors. Start with the winner and rotate clock-wise.
There should be 4 pieces as a default. Then, start making regular hexagons.
You can get a point chip if you make a regular hexagon with 3 or more colors by putting the pieces down.
You can acquire point chips according to the number of hexagons you make.
With that said, if you make one hexagon with the pieces you put down, then you get one point chip. If you made 2 hexagons, then you get 2 point chips. (However, only those made with 3 or more colors count! If it is made with only 2 colors, then you don’t get a point.)
If you made hexagon with 4 or more colors, you get 2 point chips.
However, you have to pick a piece carefully because you can’t exchange pieces once you pick one up.
Play the game until someone acquires the number of chips for winning.
If the game is played by 3-4 people, a player who acquired 10 chips first becomes a winner.
If it is played by 2 people, a player who acquired 15 chips first becomes the winner.
