The brightest stars shine at msoworld.com

Mind Sports Stars, Raymond Keene (OBE) and Tony Buzan will be making guest appearances in the chat room of MSO Worldwide's new web site at www.msoworld.com to mark the beginning of MSO's "Brain Star Chats" series.

Raymond Keene (OBE) will be participating in a chat on Sunday November 28th from 9 to 11 pm GMT (4-6 pm EST). He is "The Times" chess correspondent, a chess grandmaster, lecturer and consultant to governments and leading businesses on Mind Sports and their application to analytic, creative and strategic thinking. He has recently lectured to audiences as diverse as the Liechtenstein Global Trust, the House of Commons, the Tate Gallery, Amoco and the Korean government. Raymond holds the world record for the number of published books on Chess and thinking skills (102 and counting) and his columns on Chess, Mind Sports, thinking and IQ appear weekly in "The Times", "The Sunday Times", and "The Spectator". He has organised numerous national and international Mind Sports events and two World Chess Championship matches.

Tony Buzan's chat is scheduled for Sunday December 5th from 9 to 11 pm GMT (4-6 pm EST). He is the world's leading author, lecturer and advisor on learning and thinking skills and the originator of the Mind Mapping thinking tool. Among his 82 best-selling books, the classic Use Your Head has catapulted him to the position of the BBC's number one selling international author. Tony's other initiatives include the foundation of the Brain Trust Charity, the £30,000 Brain of the Year award and the co-founding of the Mind Sports Olympiad, with its key perception that mental skills and disciplines can be transformed into both sporting contests and educational activities. Tony and his Buzan Centres have clients around the world, including numerous multi-national corporations.

The MSO web site, first introduced just before the last Mind Sports Olympiad in August, now regularly receives over 20,000 hits per day with those numbers climbing. Participants can play free games online such as Chess, Checkers, Reversi/Othello, Japanese Chess (Shogi) and Chinese Chess (Xiangqi). There is also a hugely popular "Mindzine", message boards, regular chats, interviews, links to other mind sports related sites and much more to interest the Mind Sports enthusiast.

"We're very excited about the incredible response the site has received in so little time," says David Levy, the company's Games Director, "It encourages us to continue the work we've begun and serves as an inspiration for the next Mind Sports Olympiad. We'll be having many more of these chats in the future."
